At the core of Studio Evely is artistic living: a life and a practice that are aligned, actualised and authentic. The work moves through three layers, each speaking to a different part of the creative process, and they come together in co-creation. A person's gift and what holds it back usually live in the same habits, and those patterns reveal themselves over time rather than in a first conversation. A framework or venture designed around who someone says they are tends to become one more obligation; designed around how they actually work, it lasts.
Coaching and consultation are occasionally offered on their own, when the project or the person leading it is already known to me.

Coaching on creative health: the habits, rhythms and blind spots that decide whether someone's energy builds their work or leaks away. For founders, leaders and makers whose role is asking more of them than their current routines can carry.

Consulting on flow and frameworks: how work moves through an organisation, and the policies, codes of conduct and key documents that are meant to hold it. The focus is the alignment between what is claimed and how it is carried out.

Co-creation on a pleasure project: a venture built around something genuinely loved, structured to sustain itself and to find the right people. It is a period in which the client's path and my own run alongside each other, each of us growing through the work. Along the way, both sides learn whether it is a chapter or a longer collaboration.
